- Time to Arrive: A couple weeks
- Contents: 23 page booklet with articles about the health benefits of vegetarianism, the mistreatment of animals, tips for making the transition, eating out and 34 recipes. I'd hardly call it a "kit".
- Worth it? Sure. I'm not going vegetarian, but i'm going to try some of the recipes, and it's always good to be educated about your food! Check out my "What's for Dinner?" blog where I'll post the recipes I try.
